SAP SCPI functional specification prep skills - Ability to work with technical resource to map data integration requirements
Meeting facilitation skills - Experience facilitating client meetings and workshops to define IBP design requirements
SAP ECC data integration with IBP Demand - Awareness of what is required to scope data integration requirements from ECC to IBP to support forecasting processes
Questions (YES on ALL is a MUST):
Does the resource have at least one IBP project Go-Live cycle completed?
Does the resource have experience with hands on configuration of IBP Demand?
Does the resource have experience with hands on configuration of IBP Inventory?
Does the resource have experience defining data integration requirements from ECC to IBP to support the SCPI setup? Note: SCPI technical skills are not required for this role.
Does the resource have experience configuring the planning area to work with Demand Sensing functionality in IBP?
Does the resource have experience with IBP version 1808 or 1805?
Description:
The resource will be responsible for the design and configuration of IBP to support Demand and Inventory planning scenarios.
The resource will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Prepare for and facilitate Design workshops
- Complete IBP test tenant configuration and setup for Demand and Inventory functionality
- Provide data mapping support to SCPI technical team
- Prepare demos and train team on using SAP IBP tools
- Support testing and defect remediation
- Support knowledge transfer to team
Deliverables:
The following deliverables will be expected:
- Functional specs for data integration
- Design document outlining design details and future state forecasting/inventory process mapping
- Defect remediation during testing
