anaged Services Infrastructure and Application Support –

Level 1 – Application Monitoring and Ticket Alert

o Alert Monitoring & reporting

o Incident acknowledgement and response SLA management

o Site Availability and Response time monitoring (notified by monitoring tool)

o 1st level Preliminary Investigation, Diagnosis & remediation

o Weekend scheduled service restart & other activities

o Data feeds monitoring

o Daily Business Readiness status report

o AWS server basic housekeeping activities like restarting server, disk cleanup and server patching
