Job Responsibilities:
Administration of Hybris 6.4 /Endeca servers.
Critical Job monitoring and Support for PROD/QA/UAT/XAT Hybris environments
Impex, Groovy data loading into Hybris Servers
Jenkins pipeline changes and support for Hybris deployments.
Release and hotfix deployment of Hybris in PROD.
Failover or manual Deployment for every servers.
Dynatrace, F5, Solarwinds management and support for Hybris servers.
Incident, alerts, SR and change management support.
New Environment creation and data refresh into lower environments.
Infrastructure or configuration changes in all above servers.
Production and XAT performance and availability support.
Data support in all environments using HMC/HAC.
QA Test support for all environments.
Solr/Redis Server support.
Strong verbal and written communication
Positive attitude and passionate & customer focused
Must be a self-starter, very organized and able to work independently as well as in small groups, including customer technical and business employees
Strong technical knowledge and hands on in Hybris ecommerce, unix/Linux
