Broad knowledge of HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance areas, with solid experience of implementing and supporting on-Premise solutions in these areas
Knowledge of industry and business principles.
Understanding of current market trends from both a solution vendor and end user perspective
Ability to understand and foresees implications of decisions.
Solid understanding of relevant core business process and impact across multiple functional areas.
Places issues in context of organizational and functional objectives.
In-depth functional, technical and market knowledge to provide appropriate solutions.
Develops and applies project management techniques.
Good communication skills
