Job Description :
o SAP Portal Development in HR Benefits
o Proficient in ABAP
o Strong SAP Portal Developer
o Must have strong Portal development experience. Experience in Open Enrollment services in Portal.
o Ability to work in a team environment with both employees and consultants is a must
o Experience in application support for Portal Patching and upgrades.
o Will be required to work together under the direction of a SAP Manager and SAP portfolio team members
o Candidates must be prepared to participate in fast track knowledge transfer of complex environment from a number of highly experienced consultants
o Candidates should be well familiar with SAP Provided content for HR Benefits
o Procedures and anticipating and resolving potential issues.
o Must have extensive knowledge of SAP Portal concepts, strategies, and solutions.
o Must have the ability to communicate effectively across many different levels of technical and business teams.
o Good Interpersonal and organizational skills
o Strong analytical skills focused on creating optimal solutions
o An understanding of technical concepts, principles and terminology
o Knowledge of programming for other modules will be a plus
o Good to have BW knowledge
