Essentials:
8-12 years of overall experience out of which should have at least 4+
years of experience in SAP HR payrol - US Should have at least 2 Support
project experience and 1 full life cycle project implementation experience
Candidate must have strong problem solving skills, be self-directed and
capable of working with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal,
verbal, and written communication skills Passionate about learning new
technologies
Role:
Excellent knowledge on Time Management, Personnel Administration,
Organization Management, & ESS/MSS Operational knowledge for Sub module-
Enterprise compensation Management Added Advantage if knows Talent
Management Sub modules Can Setup of Basic Pay , additional Payments and
Recurring Payments and Deduction Expertise in Wage Type Creation Good
knowledge in payroll Functions Payslip setup using Remuneration Statement
Working knowledge on Personnel Calculation Rules and Schema customization
Integration with Finance & Costing LimelightEmbeddedPlayer"
Desired:
Should have experience in working with Interfaces to SAP & Legacy systems
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to
communicate The candidate should be ready to work in flexible timings A
