Job Description :
SAP HR / HCM QA Analyst – 2 positions.
Location – Seattle, WA
Duration – 9 months

Some Automation may be helpful, some team is using Tasca and/or Selenium and Jmeter testing experience.
Sr level QA experience
HR/HCM Systems skills
General test Automation experience

Develop and execute quality assurance test scripts, tests plan and checklists. (5+ years)
Strong understanding of project management or software development lifecycle methodologies like ASAP, Waterfall & Agile.
Experience designing and developing integrated tests between components and across applications. (3+ years)
Experience with projects that sit across technology and other areas of the business and involved the adoption of associated business process changes that improved the overall organizational efficiency. (3+ years)
Knowledge of SAP HR components (org structure) and integration. (5+ years)
Experience integration testing with SAP. (5+ years)
Proactive approach, willing to take the initiative and associated responsibility.
Excellent diagnostic, problem solving and process analysis skills.
Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders & comfort dealing with all levels within the organization.
Excellent English communication skills (written and oral
Basic understanding of UI test automation.
Attention to detail and the ability to master new applications and technologies.
Flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
Excellent analytical and prioritization skills.
