Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of SAP HCM custom applications.
Member of enterprise SAP ABAP development team, supporting SAP HCM, functional teams.
Integration experience with Success Factors thru HCI is a plus.
Webdynpro experience is needed.
Organizational Management.
Personnel Administration.
Recruitment Management.
Payroll and Benefits.
Strong understanding of the main functions in the ABAP Workbench
Experience using BAPIs, BADIs, BDCs, user exits and common dictionary objects
Experience developing reports utilizing ALV
Experience with screen painter / module pool programs
Experience creating/modifying SAPScripts and Smartforms
Experience in Object Oriented Programming techniques
Understanding of ALE/IDOCs
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of SAP ABAP programming experience in enterprise environment
