Competencies Enterprise Platform & Solutions : SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)

Experience (Years) : 6-8
Essential Skills:
Must have 5-7 years of in-depth SAP Payroll/Time experience
Should have configuration knowledge of Personnel Administration requirements including Personal Actions, Dynamic actions, info groups and Menus.
Complete knowledge of Organization management including reporting structure.
Gross/Net part of payroll including deductions in US payroll.
Configuration of payroll schema, wage types and remunerations statements.
Should have worked on Benefit Areas, Benefit Groups, Providers, Enrollments, Health Plans, Insurance Plans, Credit Plans, Eligibility, Termination, and Reports.
Review and approve all non-routine unscheduled payroll transactions ( i.e., off cycle payroll requests, adjustments, stop payments, lump sum payments and garnishment)
Should know BSI tax factory and SAPHCM integration.
Should have worked upon HCM-FI integration.
Manage year end processes and tax obligations.
Time management configuration including works schedule, holiday calendar, time quotas and accruals.
Time evaluation schemas and PCR including overtime calculation, shift premium and time wage type generation etc.
Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbal
Coordinate internal and external payroll audits.
Team player; always working towards win/win relationships
Self-guided person able to work in a changing environment
Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
