SAP- HCM Technical Consultant
SAP Technical HCM Consultant capable of handling & communicating with the client for various business needs in SAP-HCM
4 – 6 Years of experience in SAP ABAP HCM
Hand on experience in working with HR logical DB’s and HR Infotypes.
Experience in Web dynpro ABAP.
Working knowledge of FPM.
Experience with Launchpad configuration
Work experience in SAP PI interfaces.
Sound knowledge of SAP EP.
Knowledge of ESS/Client is a must.
Hand on experience is supporting RICEF objects and technical specs.
Immediate joiner is a must
Good Communication skills, should understand US accent.
Capable of analyzing requirements.
Knowledge of US benefits and US payroll is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of PA and OM modules of SAP HCM,
Should have worked in the area of Production Support.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Client Facing/Interaction experience would be an added advantage.
