Job Details:
Extensive experience in SAP HR Module implemented with at least 2 FULL life cycle implementations of Payroll and time
Strong knowledge on US Payroll Schema, Rules, and Custom Function & Support pack upgrade.
Expertise in trouble shooting, problem solving for identified issues and problems related to Personnel administration, Organization management, Benefits & Payroll.
Should have worked on TUBS update, BSI Tax Factory Upgrade, W2, Remuneration statement
Prepare Configuration documents and Business process procedure as per client requirements.
Thorough knowledge of data migration, interface, Custom Payroll function, User exit and custom interfaces.
Act as a key liaison between business user and technical team to analyze business functional requirement.
