Title: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant [XTGL_32111]
Location: Juno Beach, FL
Type: 6+ Months Contract

Job Summary:

The consultant will provide solid subject matter expertise for SAP HCM.
Experience with HR mergers and acquisitions from design to go live .
Creating blue prints, business process procedures, workflows, functional specifications working in the discipline and demonstrated strong understanding of processes, and configuring in Personal Administration, Benefits, Time Management, and US Payroll.

Duties/Responsibilities

Working in the HCM work-stream project
Involvement in the analyses, design, configuration, testing and implementation of solutions.
Create business process procedures (BPP), work flows and functional specifications.
HR data migration and mappings
SAP HR and US Payroll configurations
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Support the company’s safety program.
Support the company’s harassment-free work environment policy.
Support Code of Business Conduct
Conduct other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

SAP / HR / Payroll / Functional
MUST have Conversion and/or Merger and Acquisition experience
SAP Payroll - Conversion

Requirements:

Experience with full life cycle HCM implementations
Experiences with HR mergers and acquisitions
SAP production support experience and troubleshooting
Hand’s on configuration experience in the SAP HCM area
Experience with SAP R/3 version ECC 6.0. preferred
Willing to learn and work in a team.
Strong customer focus
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
