Description:
SAP HCM Lead - Seeking a consultant who will be responsible for leading a
SAP HCM production support team with both onshore and offshore resources.
HCM Scope includes PA-Personnel Administration, TM - Time Management, OM -
Organization Management, Benefits, PY -Payroll, ESS/MSS, Compensation.
Functional knowledge or experience required in these areas. US Payroll and
ESS/MSS preferred.
Must have experience with Production support activities including resolving
incidents and meet the service Level agreements
Must also be experienced in the design, build, test and deploy of small to
medium size enhancements.
Experience with Service Now preferred. Good communication skills to work
closely with the Business to manage expectations and drive the workload
based on their priorities."
