Job Description :
Has expertise on Success factor Modules (Employee Profile, Compensation, Recruiting, On-boarding, Custom App-Right time Feedback)
Defined and managed deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives.
Expertise on preparing and reviewing project deliverables, conduct design workshops with the client.
Strong expertise on SF configurations processes in the area of Employee Central, recruiting and its integration with other SF modules as well as SAP on premise HCM
Expertise to understand business knowledge of various HR processes and finding gaps
Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF
Experience and knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology for Success Factors
Expertise to provide technical support (of Cloud solution) for all interfaces from SAP to Success Factor system and support all reporting in SF (Report builder)
