ROLE: SAP HCM/HR IT Support
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Duration: 8+ Months
DEPARTMENT/TEAM DESCRIPTION
HR IT department. We provide technical support to the US HR Operations (HRO) organization. Primary systems utilized are SAP and SuccessFactors.
POSITION SUMMARY
Position will provide day-to-day operational support to the US Compensation and Benefits processes.
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshooting production issues in HCM and with our vendor interfaces.
Documenting requirements for new development work.
Performing unit testing and assisting HR Operations with their Quality Assurance testing.
Performing configuration in HCM and minor ABAP development.
REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES
Education Requirement(s):
H.S. diploma and 6+ years of relevant experience with SAP’s Human Capital Management (HCM) module
Skill & Competency Requirements:
Working technical knowledge of SAP’s HCM module, including configuration experience.
Gathering requirements and writing technical specifications.
Preferences:
ABAP development
US Compensation & Benefit knowledge
