Minimum Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, or related area
Three (3) years progressive experience with design and configuration of SAP HR modules including: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, Enterprise Compensation Management and ESS/MSS functionality
Exposure to SAP ECC 6.0, EhP7
Exposure to or knowledge of ASAP or related methodology
Familiarity with SAP Product Suite and understanding of relational database concepts, and client-server concepts
Focused and driven to excellence to ensure quality of deliverables
Pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
