SAP HCM/BSI Consultant -
on behalf of our client in the Oil and Gas sector, Procom Services is looking for one (1) SAP Consultant with expert level of technical guidance and strategic analysis SAP HCM and BSI for US and Canada. The successful candidate will have a strong payroll skillset along with expertise with SAP HCM and BSI.
SAP HCM/BSI Consultant Job Details:-
* Provides a deep expert level of technical guidance and strategic analysis SAP HCM and BSI for US and Canada - Strong Payroll skillset
* Accountable for accurate capture and documentation of detailed support requirements
* Accountable for ensuring and anticipating technical solutions which align to the business needs of Enbridge
* Deeply understands and governs functional requirements on assigned applications and/or technical area
* Configure and verify test system processes and troubleshoot, document, and resolve system related issues
* Coordinate user acceptance testing activities between the user community and technical teams
* Delivers user training, as required
* Performs technical walkthroughs with development teams, as required
* Tracks the successful delivery of solutions and reports back to the business
* Works with the business partners to ensure all client demand is addressed in the broader context of all client delivery
* Partners with architecture to define product roadmap on assigned applications and/or technical area
* Continually evaluate process efficiency, quality of delivery and drives improvements inside and outside of domain
* Proactively drives and oversees reviews within domain, and across domain, for risk and mitigations before they become critical
SAP HCM/BSI Consultant Mandatory Skills
* 10 years of experience
* High level of expertise in SAP HCM and BSI
* Strong Payroll Experience
* Integrations - BI Reporting and Treasury also helpful
* Test Plans for Functional Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
SAP HCM/BSI Consultant Nice to Have Skills
* Experience in a Midstream O&G company
* Experience in working with remote (offshore) development teams
