Job Description :
A mid-senior level SAP consultant to manage a critical activities in project. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in managing cutting edge technology applications.
Technical Skills:
SAP HANA Modeling experience.
Overall 5-7 years of experience in SAP with HANA admin.
Excellent track record of delivering SAP upgrades, migrations and other Basis related projects
Strong consulting background in providing create modeling views on top of database tables
Deep SAP Product and architectural knowledge. Evidence of thought leadership in this domain is preferable.
Real world’ SAP HANA Experience (At least one e2e HANA project which wasn’t a proof of concept)
Excellent communication

Process Skills:
Capable of analyzing requirements as per project defined process.
Initiate/ participate in peer reviews.
Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate implementation plan with specialized business and technical knowledge.
Behavioral Skills:
Resolve technical issues of projects.
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Skills
Qualification:
Somebody who has at least 5+ years of work experience in software development.
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college. Certification is added advantage.
