Skills:

Must be familiar with the various SAP GRC modules including Process Control and strong understanding of Segregation of Duties frameworks • Extensive Experience in customizing SoD rule set of Access Risk Analysis and cleaning up the security roles for removal of SoD conflicts for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance• Knowledge of SAP business processes, user provisioning processes, emergency access management processes, and security maintenance processes • Skilled in working with Audit team and business professionals for SOX compliance.• Ability to demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls • Must be able to fully document the control environment, evaluate the controls, certify the state of controls, and report and analyze control information.• Engage with technical and business process owners to understand process steps, draft procedures, and drive toward a completed documentation that aligns with the IT Governance program of the company• Coordinate the execution of control mechanism/testing against technical procedures to ensure they are being executed in an accurate and timely manner and documented in the repository system with required artifacts, while providing assistance to clients to ensure quality and compliant results• Deliver timely and appropriate reports, summaries, and analytics• Good understanding of risk associated with business processes and ability to manage risk associated with business processes to comply with Sec.404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.• Prepare corporate master data inclusive of multi-level hierarchy of all the organization structures within the scope of internal control management, process catalog with business processes, their underlying sub processes and associated controls• Highly competent in project and process management, planning, workflow, multi-tasking and problem solving, and negotiation.• Work as a team & take initiatives on activities & tasks.• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in dealing with management, business and technical personnel.
