Barrister Global Services Network Inc. is currently looking for a motivated, highly detailed, organized and outgoing individual to support one of our major nationwide clients. The successful applicant should be able to quickly adapt their knowledge to the current IT environment and be able to enhance the current systems in place. They should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills so as to be understood by technical and non-technical personnel.


Job Summary :
This is a minimum 2 year position
In this position you will have full responsibility for service management, applications management, incident management and change management for the SAP applications and adherence to SLA''s. Support may be provided both to users of the systems and to service delivery functions; this typically takes the form of investigating and resolving issues and providing information about the systems. It may also include monitoring their performance
You must be in office M-F. Travel will be on your own time and considered commute time. SAP Functional Leader for MM module along with experience in PM, WM and MDM. (Material Management, Plant Maintenance, Warehouse Management and Master Data Management

Essential Job Functions:

You will be responsible for Production Support, maintenance activities, new project development, minor enhancements, working with current team, client IT department and Business groups
Provide coaching and mentoring for SAP Material Management to off shore team as needed.
Coordinate and mange projects from requirements gathering, documentation of statement of work, test plans, implementation
You will be responsible for the provision of the management and control of the SAP Applications portfolio
You will have full responsibility for service management, applications management, incident management and change management for the SAP applications and adherence to SLA''s
Oversee the support delivered by the suppliers this includes the remote support teams, operational support and project teams
Investigate and resolve issues and provide information about the systems. It may also include monitoring their performance


Requirements :

Minimum of 4 implementation experience with Material Management modules.
Experience with Plant Maintenance, Warehouse Management.
Minimum of 10 year of SAP functional Material Management and PM hands-on experience
6 years on-site with client and management of an off shore support team.
Manufacturing Industry 3 years.
Excellent client facing skills - must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Experience with Change Management processes
Experience working with offshore team.
Experience in PM, WM and MDM. (Material Management, Plant Maintenance, Warehouse Management and Master Data Management



Preferred :
Master Data Management experience will be great
