Have some background with High Tech industry dealing with products, support and subscription
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Ability to handle multiple issues/tasks simultaneously
Business Process expertise related to Sales Documents, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment
Should have knowledge on Interfaces between SFDC to SAP, Equipment Master, Serial number Management & Third party Order processing.
Should have good expertise on EDI process like Quotes, Orders, ASN & Invoice.
Good experience within integration to SAP modules: MM Materials Management, FI Finance, RAR 606
Detailed understanding of OTC interface objects like IDOCS, BAPI’S. XML interfaces, BDC methods.
Ability to perform fit gap analysis, design within standard SAP framework, configuration, testing, go-live and support activities
Ability to create test cases and generate documentation for each phase of the project
Ability to handle and manage helpdesk tickets in a timely manner
Ability to work and deliver to timelines based on Agile methodology
Design and apply enterprise system and application solutions to meet business objectives
Work to improve, optimize and innovate respective area
Promote best practice concepts in all areas of solution design
Strong project management, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables (documentation, presentations, proof-of-concepts, etc
