Job purpose

SAP Functional HR (Time Management, CATS, Payroll)

Duties and responsibilities

One of our Direct Clients is interviewing for an SAP Functional HR resource for a long-term engagement
Expert in CATS, Time Evaluation schema with clock times, with very complex union rules, overtime, shift premiums, call-in/out, Absence Quotas etc.
SME in HCM area using SAP Time Management and Payroll modules
Strong handle of HCM PA/OM/Benefits/Compensation/LOA and related integration to Time Management and Payroll modules
Awareness of 3rd Party Applications (ADP, Merrill Lynch etc for integration ,Aptitude for building data analytics
Skill set & Qualifications
SAP Functional HR/HCM/HRMS (Human Resource/Human Capital Management/Human Resources Management System) , Configuration, HANA,Time Management module,CATS,Payroll module
Education- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or Computer Applications or Information Technology or Engineering or MBA or with strong academic background .

Conditions

8 years experience in SAP functional domain
4 years experience in Suite on HANA
Expert in configuration related to SAP Time Management , CATS, Time Evaluation, Payroll
Expert in configuration of Gross to Net Payroll Processing, Payroll Earnings/deductions
