SAP Functional HR Payroll

Duration : 3 Months +

Location : White Plains, NY (100 % Onsite, NO REMOTE)

This role will support the Payroll department. The team is looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to complete the implementation of SAP Time Management/Evaluation to support payroll. The expert is also support translating complex time and attendance business rules into SAP directly impacts employees' vacation accruals. Given the critically of the configuration, a specialized skillset is required to address the requirements.

Functions and Responsibilities

Work with the NYPA business process owners to develop business requirements definition.

Provide technical design.

Perform functional configuration.

Perform integration testing and facilitate user acceptance testing.

Develop training materials and present materials to users.

Assist in maintaining, generating and making available organization charts by exporting data from the SAP system.

Expert in continuously analyzing system application/tools knowledge to ensure best practices.

Skills

SAP Experience in Time Management & PA/OM.

SAP Time; PA/OM; SAP; HCM; HR; configuration; requirements; schemas; time and attendance; analysis.

Strong managerial ability

Excellent planning and project management skills required.

Excellent written & verbal communications and organizational skills required.

Proven initiative and achievement in improving processes desired.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while adapting to change and managing competing tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook software.


Possible modules include but are not limited to FI, CO, PS, MM, SD, CCS, EHS, IHS, and HR.

Education and Certifications

8-12 years of extensive and proven translating business rules into SAP HCM PA/OM configuration

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field


Work Schedule

Monday through Friday

8-hour day consisting of 7.5 workday plus a .5 unpaid lunch.

Paid for time worked only; there are no paid holidays, vacation or sick days

Overtime is not permitted unless authorized in advanced.

Contingent worker is required to badge in and out of the Main Lobby turnstiles for all daily entrances and exits.
