SAP Financials Functional Lead(US citizens)

Remote work with travel is an option. Travel would be Warren, MI - other sites in the US and potentially international travel as well.
Desired Skills and Experience:
10+ years of SAP Experience
Has advanced knowledge of SAP ERP FICO module.
Provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the FICO modules of ECC 6.
Should have sound configuration knowledge of master data, GL, AP, AR, Asset accounting and Cash and Bank accounting including new GL accounting, automatic payment programs and closing cockpit.
Has rich experience of SAP ERP project implementation, familiar with project process such as solution design, configuration, add on-function design, testing, data migration, system cut-over, post support etc.
Has necessary project management skill.
Has a systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem solving.
Assist with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modeling.
Possesses good inter-personal skills, excellent communication and professional presentation skill, especially in managing all organizational levels of both IT and Business organizations.
Has a comprehensive knowledge of several IT areas, including development and maintenance, and a broad understanding across the whole of the software lifecycle with a record of having applied that knowledge successfully in a variety of situations
Manufacturing or Aerospace experience strongly preferred
