Job Description :
Manage a smaller team of 2 -3 person including Application Management Services (AMS) support within the FSCM and Accounts Receivable areas.

§ Provide support for users in all aspects of the day-to-day business operations.

§ Maintain SAP module as well as internal and external interfaces.

§ Manage incidents within SAP applications, support and optimize SAP functionality with corresponding internal and external interfaces.

§ Manage incidents/problems, functional issues, enhancements, service and change requests from users.

§ Provide initial screening of business requests within the respected functional area.

§ Analyze technical and procedural issues of the past and identify potentials for improvement.

§ Analyze new requirements, create blueprint concepts and propose solutions in SAP and/or add-ons.

§ Lead or facilitate process design discussion and make business process change recommendations when appropriate.

§ Lead and/or manage the development of functional specifications, configuration, unit testing, integration testing for projects and enhancements.

§ Ensure appropriate design and architecture for SAP process/functional integration points and cross-application components.

§ Perform a quality review of all relevant project artifacts (Business Process Design documents, Functional Specs, Configuration documents, etc to ensure completeness, accuracy, and overall quality expectations are met.


§ Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology/Management Information or related discipline or equivalent work experience is required; MBA strongly preferred.

§ Equivalent work experience must include: 5+ full-life-cycle SAP implementations (at least 3 in a functional lead role) and 10+ years specific business process experience in SAP FICO with FSCM is required.

§ SAP ECC 6 experience is required

§ Experience in all phases of the project lifecycle, including: business requirements, analysis, design, development and implementation of SAP FICO functionalities and best practices.
