Job Description :
We are currently engaged with a client who is seeking a a SAP Finance Business Systems Manager on a full time direct employee basis. In this role, the SAP Finance Business Systems Manager will:
* Be a liaison between business functions and the IT organization for all SAP Finance related initiatives that include the coordination of configuration, the development of the business process, enhancements, and the stabilization of the business systems.
* Gather functional/technical specification for SAP Finance applications and work with the ABAP team on development.
* Configure core Finance modules that include A/P, A/R, G/L, Accounting, Month End Close, Fixed Asset, Product Costing and others.
* Be responsible for all facets of implementation projects, could be med/large in size and could work on concurrent projects.
* Manage the implementation of finance projects and support of software applications. Implementation projects are medium to large in size.
* Research and determine Best Business IT/SAP Practices to meet the goals and objectives of the business.
The appropriate individual will have demonstrated experience in the following:
* Expert level knowledge of core SAP Finance modules that include a combination of G/L, Accounting, Month End Close, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset, Product Costing, etc.
* Expert knowledge of SAP Product Costing and Special Purpose Ledger for IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) as well as Blackline and Banking and Treasury.
* Full life-cycle SAP Finance projects from scope, requirements gathering, budget allocation and resources to configuration, deployment, implementation and post go-live.
* PMP Certification (or willingness to become certified at company cost
* Minimum of a Bachelor''s Degree or higher.
