Duration: 6-9 months

Must be local and available for an in-person interview after a phone screen
The ideal candidate will have strong SAP Financials/audits and Excel skills,
as well as experience dealing with auditors and audit requests (support
gathering and response to audit inquiries and findings
This requires the preparation (and audit) of carve out financial statements.
We will need to build out our Accounting, Reporting, and Controls
organization and potentially add headcount as part of this process. We have
immediate needs associated with responding to audit requests (from our
external auditors) as well as liaising with our external partners in
preparing our S-1 statement. Any candidates who have experience in taking
an enterprise public would be considered a shoo in.
