Role: SAP FICO with BPC
Location: Dallas, TX
Full time :- 85K /
Contract : $45/hr C2C/1099 - H1/USC/GC
Candidate should be willing to work in Pontiac, Michigan USA) travel ready resource.

Key Accountabilities and technical Skills:
Contribute input and coordination to training documentation for BPC development tasks
Maintain process documentation for BPC processes & tasks
Able to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance.
Identifies and escalates issues and risks within project structure.
Able to receive feedback/coaching on performance from other members of the team positively.
To be part of the initial EVO BPC team in order to architect the solution design.
Analysis of business requirements.
Design and implementation of full solutions ( Including testing and UAT Support)
Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
Work effectively with local experts as well as with the business community.
Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required
Provide detailed transactional information to internal and external auditors as required
Provide guidance on technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed solutions when alternative solutions are available
Establish good relationships with stakeholders throughout the operating companies
Work with incumbent SI partners to report and resolve any in-scope development related errors with the BPC & BI processes.
Work with BPC, BI & FICO, and Finance data owners to fix data issues or to re-assign responsibilities
Can conceptualize and communicate winning propositions - making complex ideas look simple.
Able to receive feedback/coaching on performance from other members of the team positively.
Detailed knowledge of business requirements and solutions in their focus area.
Mobilize and motivate a development team.
Ability to organize and co-ordinate diverse groups in complex situations.
Broad content experience across multiple lines of business.
Broad technical appreciation - including ALL key SAP functionality and technology.
Manages design workshops on multiple area of expertise
Process Skills:
Capable of analyzing requirements as per project defined process.
Initiate/ participate in peer reviews.
Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate implementation plan with specialized business and technical knowledge.

Resolve technical issues of projects.
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
