Detailed Job Description
The person should have expertise on specific Ford SAP SPM module (Service Parts Management) with specialization in EWM.
Overall 10 years of experience and atleast 6 years in Ford
Should possess strong techno-functional skills to debug ABAP program when needed
Expertise in problem management
Efficient of customer handling; should have excellent written and oral communication skills and should be able to perform under customer pressure
Expertise in handling performance issues including RF devices, Interfaces with legacy systems

Minimum years of experience 5+

Certifications Needed :No
