Key Skills : Project Manager:
1.1.1.1 Minimum of three (3) years of progressive project management experience, with PMP certification preferred
1.1.1.2 Bachelor''s Degree or higher in IT related field
1.1.1.3 Minimum of two (2) years experience with SAP ERP implementations at federal, state, or local government entities

Required Skills:
" Must have a deep & strong understanding of SD/FICO modules
" Must have completed at least three to four end-to-end implementations.
" Must have a deep & strong understanding of lead role work and worked as a project manager role
" Should be able to deliver as an individual and perform equally well as a team player.
" Should be able to analyze client''s business processes, gather requirements, maintain data mapping document of interfaces & conversions.
" Define and maintain conversion processes.
" Must have a deep & strong understanding of Financial, General accounting & controlling configuration (GL, AP, FA, Banking, PCA, IO, COPA etc
" Should be able to analyze client''s business processes, gather requirements, maintain data mapping document of interfaces & conversions and other related processes.
" Must have experience in month end, year-end close activities.
" Should be able and drive QA, UAT, user training and recommend solution.
" Must be skilled in user support, troubleshooting and error resolution.
" Strong written and communication skills; able to interact with technical consultants as well as business partners
Preferred Background:
" Bachelor''s Degree - Computer Science or related and MBA (preferred
" Able to manage a team of consultants focused on solution delivery.
" Total experience 8+ years; SAP ECC / FICO experience 7+ years; SAP SD: 5+ Years
" Project Management experience with Large and Medium Sized Enterprises.
