This role in the above functional areas of SAP EH&S includes performing the following functions:
o Get requirements from users
o Manage User Incidents/Service Requests
o Analyze requirements & propose solutions
o Create Functional/Technical design & specifications and documentation
o Functionality configuration
o Maintenance of WWI servers & Monitoring
o Maintenance of EHS Expert server and Rules
o Use EHS OCC (Open Content Connector) to prepare offline data load files when necessary
o Implement ERC (SAP EHS Regulatory Content) updates
o Use of EHS data Import & Export tools
o Analyze & request SAP User Security Role changes for EHS functions
o Manage EHS Background Jobs
o IT Testing of all EHS enhancements & break-fix changes
o Work with users for testing, training and approval of the final changes to production environment
