An international integrated Chemicals and Energy Company is looking for an SAP EHS Techno-functional Analyst. This position reports to the ERP Plant Operations & SHE Service Owner and is located in Houston, Texas.
Below are details of the position requirements:

Major Responsibilities
Work with internal and external partners to understand requests, gather requirements, perform ROI and risk analysis.
Design and build SAP EHS/PM solutions.
Perform maintenance and support of SAP EHS & SAP PM, WWI, EHSM, SERC with OCC/ Expert Rule servers and other custom developments
Ensure technical solutions maintain design integrity, adhere to functional designs and meet business needs.
Create test scripts and drive integration and regression testing.
Successfully handle multiple issues and tasks, completing them on time and within budget while exceeding expectations.
Ensure, where possible, that global solutions are scalable.
Seek opportunities to develop and maintain knowledge of business processes, application functionality and configuration
Recommend operational continuous improvement opportunities, service efficiency initiatives and business process improvement to better serve business needs
Make recommendations on functional and technical improvements to the application
Work closely with other team members, locally and globally, proactively sharing expertise to improve and ensure team success
Provide feedback on team members’ performance
Submit written project status and time

Skill Requirements
Hands on configuration experience in process knowledge and experience around EHS: Product Safety, WWI/SDS and Labels management, Hazardous Substance and Dangerous Goods management, Industrial Hygiene and SARA Reporting. Experience with EHSM and BW reporting is a plus.
Hands on experience in SAP Plant maintenance including setup of Master data, break down and preventive maintenance and interfaces.
Configure SAP EHS/PM modules to suit business needs.
Hands on experience creating/modifying WWI templates and Report shipping.
Deep knowledge of data migration tools.
Experience in trouble shooting SAP PI interfaces is a plus.
Familiar and skilled with EPA, OSHA, REACH and other regulations.
Experience on SAP writing functional specifications using SAP standard and custom tables, user exits, business add-ins (BADI#s), BAPI ALE, and IDOC or other EDI related settings.
Work with ABAP team onsite and offshore on enhancement efforts.
Must have hands on experience in the Design/Blueprint phase of SAP transformation programs and Data Conversions.
Chemicals /Oil and Gas Industry experience is a Big PLUS.

Experience and/or Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
At least 5-7 years of experience designing and implementing multiple SAP EHS Projects.
At least 2 full project lifecycle SAP EHS /PM implementations.
