SAP - Customer Service

Cary, NC

6 – 12 months contract



· MTO+E scenarios for Customer Service module integration with Sales.

· Repair / Refurbishment process for Spares and Finished goods, so strong understanding of repair process within CS, MM/WM, and PP.

· Familiar with E-Switch Mobile solution for Field Service.

· Should have strong knowledge on SAP CS (Customer Service)– Service order processing, service agreements, Configurations.

· Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client /project.
