Performance Risk Assessment- Create Performance test flows- Define Business Process to be tested-
Define Stand alone objects to be tested- Create Performance test case scenarios- Identify
baselines to be collected capturing baseline/traces- Identify performance metrics that can
be captured in IT- Identify and create specification for performance utilities- Finalize
performance timeline, resources and activities- Pre-Validate test system architecture used
for testing (Partner, Other Groups) Technical Review #1 Meeting- Validate test system
configuration used for testing Execute Business Process performance test Execute Stand
alone performance test- Evaluate performance results- Provide performance enhancement
recommendations Provide approval of changes that may move into production Technical
Review #2 Meeting- Test any newly developed objects- Retest any changed objects- Provide
