Description:
* Strong Understanding of Service Management Configuration and Business Processes
* Understanding of a Field Service Business Process
* Experience in Mobile device interface with SAP Service Technical, Objects Configurations
* DIP- Profile Configurations
* Service Costing Configurations
* Settlement Configurations
* Understanding of Primary and Secondary Cost Elements User Exits and Routines Warranty and Installation Contracts Equipment Hierarchies Service orders, Notifications and Service contracts configuration
* Day to day service management (Incident and change request) within stipulated SLA.
* Ensure deliverables are meet quality and timeline.
* Manage and organize internal team members work load and provide guidance.
* Participate in customer meetings and ensure update is provided and action items are worked on.
* Support month end closing,
* Ensure 100% compliance to customer process defined
