Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) :
1. oExperience in application development on SAP Cloud Platform using Fiori framework. This would require experience in areas such as user interfaces, rules for data validation, single sign on (SSO), error handling, integration with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors using OData APIs 2. oKnowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors data models 3. oGood understanding of Human Resources processes
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. oExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with business and IT community 2. oWorks well in an onsite offshore model

1. oDesign the solution by gathering information from the client and prepares detailed requirement specifications functional and nonfunctional, wire frames, use cases, and business process recommendations 2. oConduct workshops for the customer if required.
3. oDefines business issues, data challenges, and solutions to fit user requirements
