Work Location : Carey, NC
Duration of assignment : 12 months
Relevant Experience : 8-10 years in IT
Technical/Functional Skills
5-6 years progressive experience in analysis, design, configuration and project management;
Must be proficient in the customer service and plant maintenance SAP modules:;
Must be proficient in the following business processes: Field service project planning, creation, costing, revenue, billing, monitoring, Repair project planning, ;
Work with on-site team members, onsite key users and managers, to ensure that the tasks are delivered on time with customer expectation and within SLA. ;
Must have delivered multiple full cycle rollouts with hands-on expertise in configuring SAP systems;
Excellent communication skills;
