Essential Skills SAP CS Functional Consultant :
- Functional expertise in SAP ECC functional module for customer service.
- Good understanding of SAP functionality offered by the SAP product for customer service area.
- Ability to gather customer requirement and translate them into functional design.
- Ability to train advanced users, design, develop and troubleshoot issues in SAP.
- Has experience across implementation, support, and rollout projects and execution methodologies. Is conversant with integration of SAP CS solution with other modules like MM and SD.
- Experience in at least two SAP projects with SAP CS solution.
- Understanding on master data relevant to SAP CS and use of different fields in the master data for the CS processes.
