Job Details:
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Resolving day to day issues reported by business users in the areas of SAP CRM - Trade promotion management, Service management.
2. Remediation of issues raised through Incidents and service requests meeting the SLAs.
3. Capturing new requirements, Design new processes, Program development, Testing and Implementation of new functionalities and changes required by business.
4. Monitoring batch jobs. Debugging and fixing any issues related to batch job failures.
5. Implementing new versions and upgrades of CRM,
6. Improving the efficiency and effective ness of TPM and ESM solutions by identifying the process improvement potential areas and overhauling them
