Job Description :
Please find below the JD for SR (APPS/APPS) for CRM Position.

Ø Should have around 5+ Year experience in SAP CRM-ISU landscape Implementation and support projects

Ø Knowledge of Utility Business Processes and basic ISU functionalities

Ø Good understanding on Integration to other SAP and Non-SAP systems

Ø Knowledge of Contract management, Movin-Move-out, disconnection, reconnection processes

Ø Experience of IC-web configuration, Navigation Bar Profile creation, Business Roles creation, Number range configuration etc

Ø Knowledge of Middleware configuration, replication, MDT Product configuration etc

Ø Understanding of middleware/integration with other ISU modules ex. FICA, Billing, IDEX etc.

Ø Debugging skill and troubleshooting approach for investigating the issues

Ø Should have knowledge of CRM and ISU major tables and should be able to prepare Functional specifications, Business Process document etc.

Ø Should have Good communication skills and experience of different type of client interaction ex. Requirement gathering, process designing etc.

Ø Should be able to handle issues independently and providing solutions over raised issues as per client expectations and timelines

Ø Should having inter team skills and be able to lead the team with coordination and support
