Role: SAP CRM Functional
Work Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 6 Months
Skills:
Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) :
1.SAP CRM Functional consultant with strong knowledge in Trade and Service modules.
2.Experience in SAP CRM configuration and Web UI screen configuration.
3.Experience in design and development of RICEFW objects .integration with other SAP and legacy systems.
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. Experience on SAP CRM 7.0 or above.
2. Experience in job scheduling, debugging and code analysis
Desired years of experience: : 5+ years Education/ Certifications (Required) : Any degree
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute::
1. End to end ownership for the breakfixes and enhancements in SAP CRM Service and Trade modules.
2. Interaction with business users to understand the issue and deliver breakfixes meeting the SLAs.
3. Coordination with client team, offshore team & technical team.
