Role: SAP CRM Functional Consultant
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration:6 Months+
Participate and contribute to Business Workshops and contribute to Solution Design document for SAP CRM Business Master data
Configuring Business master data Set up and knowledge in replication to other system.
Experience in Preference Center with SAP CRM system for Utility customer.
Prepare Functional Specification and Interface Design documents
Manage work plans and deliverables of the on-site team including developers from USA and offshore technical team.
Extensive experience in configuring business processes for SAP CRM Business Master data based on customer requirements.
Extensive experience in configuring business processes for SAP CRM Business Master data based on customer requirements.
Verify project deliverables for completeness and quality. Work with client business stakeholders to review and approve these deliverables
Experienced in Customer Preference Center solution for utility customer project.
Experienced in handling projects based on Iterative and Water fall methodology.
Experience in implementation project and participated in Cutover activities.
Understanding of SAP middleware functions including BDOC architecture, replication, message queues, and request processing
