SAP CRM Module , SAP ECC Basis
ECC Process for SAP CS like Processing of Repairs
Interfacing between Portal and CRM or ECC
Good communication
Solution architecting skills
Demonstrate strong Functional skills within CRM area for Implementation
Provide standard/near-standard Functional or domain process solution
Client and Coe communication to gather requirements or analyses an issues
Work independently, on open data and handling of this in SAP
Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders in case of integration issues even ECC side and CRM side like Middleware , XI
SAP Web Channel and Sales Solution knowledge is also ok with Middleware Basic
