Relevant Experience

(in Yrs)


5+ yrs. of SAP experience with at least 3 yrs. in SAP CRM

Technical/Functional Skills


Minimum 5 yrs. of SAP experience and at least 3 yrs. in SAP CRM

Very good knowledge of SAP Configuration in CRM Sales, Service and Marketing

CRM Base customizing, IC Agent, Middleware, VMC

Very good knowledge of integration with ECC

Deep understanding of SAP architecture, including Oss notes and Support packages

Exposure to defining integration scenarios, Web Services.

Has completed at least 3 E2E project implementations including upgrades

Preferable: Industry exposure preferable Manufacturing

You have a flexible approach to work with excellent time management and organizational skills

Flexibility to work in onsite- Offshore model (US – India)

You should possess excellent communication skills, ability to liaise with customers and consultants.

A self-starter and result oriented, and ready to take up stiff challenges to keep up with this fast growing and ambitious company.

Experience Required


Must have at least 3 full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation experience(Project Prep till Go Live)

Roles & Responsibilities


Experience in writing Functional specification, writing BBPs and working in Onshore & Offshore delivery model

Should be able to conduct Requirement gathering and Solution design workshops

Passion for learning new things

Taking the complete ownership of the project & be a role model for the juniors

Generic Managerial Skills


Should be self-driven and will be expected to display basic project management abilities like planning, work estimation, risk identification etc.
