Professional Skills/Experience:
5+ years of experience in CRM
Skills required - SAP CRM Base Customization-L3,SAP CRM Middleware-L2,Service web-L2
Expertise in WEBUI configuration.
Experience in Action Management like creation of Actions, Action Profiles and Action profile determination.
SAP CRM Middleware: Expertise in defining publication and subscription of sites business objects, perform initial download, delta download.
Good Knowledge on IDocs,BDocs
Experience in configuring the Solution search & Usage based billing.
Should have Good knowledge on Mobile and handheld service.
Should be expert in a complaint and returns management.
Expert in pricing
