JOB DESCRIPTION:
Business Analyst with good communication and soft skills.
Ability to gather and understand business requirements, analyze and perform gap analysis, provide design options, perform configuration and write Functional specs, Test plans, UAT plans and train Business Super users.
Perform unit test and support integration test; document test results, follow through with UAT observations.
Support deployments
Should have worked with projects with Agile delivery model with multiple deployments during iteration cycles
The consultant will configure the Vistex modules as well as assist in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale Vistex application solutions.
The consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement.
He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage business relationships within context of individual role.
Position requires a percentage of travel based on the project needs and location of consultant.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent work experience.
A functional/technical professional
At least 5 years of experience in Vistex Technologies
At least 3 years of experience with SAP SD designed and configuration.
At least 4+ full lifecycle Vistex implementations
Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
English: Basic knowledge
Organizational and planning skills
Excellent written and oral communication and the ability to communicate effectively with both non-technical business users and technical IT developers.
Business experience and or proficiency with business process designs.
Experience with Resource Related Billing.

Experience in the Life Sciences or Pharma industries
Experience in working with Government Billing
Experience with validated systems
Experience with HP Quality Center
Experience with Solution Manager
Experience with Rev-Trac.
