Job Description :
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Run scheduled queries and reports primarily out of Legacy and SAP systems, but also from other and external systems and data sources
Gather detailed data requirements from team members in order to run ad-hoc queries out of Legacy and SAP systems to support the Government Contract Compliance team on matters of the day.
Put the information from these queries into excel or other formats and utilize excel functionality to analyze the information in detail.
Meet with the recipients of the data to explain and help ensure their understanding.
In some situations, monitor to ensure that follow-up has been performed by report recipients.
Create metrics from the GCC request portal and other available information and present to the GCC Director and others.
Follow existing work instructions and document new work instructions.
Continue to learn about key corporate systems and data.
Gain a basic understanding about conducting government contract business to enable you to provide better analytics to the team.

Desired Skills:
Expert in understanding the data that is available in new and other systems that will continue to be used by US Subsidiaries for years and by new subsidiaries (i.e. SAP and other customer facing systems)
Expert in testing the data to gain confidence the correct fields are being pulled and we know what they mean.
Knowledgeable about tracing the data back to its source to ensure it is accurately used
Expert at pulling / obtaining data
Knowledgeable about using excel to categorize, parse, combine, summarize (i.e. pivot tables and formulas are important)
Knowledgeable about asking questions to ensure the data request is clearly understood
Comfortable explaining data to GCC and its clients
Expert in creating repeatable excel formats and BOXI templates in order to re-run the same data with later dates
Comfortable interacting with others in meetings and one on one
(These skills are needed related to SAP and related to pulling data from other internal and external systems such as our Contract Management System, GRS, USASpending.gov, PPIRS)
