Job Description :


Work with project team to derive action log and risk log,
Formation of project charters, project plan, communication plans, and integration strategies
Accurately estimate the time and effort required to complete a deliverable
Make thoughtful, fact-based decisions, while juggle multiple competing priorities
Review and manage Application Development staff performance
Communicate with IT management to update project/task status
Leadership of internal project team and work with external team’s project manager
Identification and mitigation of project risks
Validation and presentation of project deliverables
Lead by example and assist Department manager with mentoring and training other team members


Experience having handled at least 2 SAP projects
Experience in SDLC, Waterfall and Agile methodologies
8+ years of Business Analyst experience in a technology organization or professional services company working with diverse stakeholders
Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and writing skills
Proven ability to multi-task and interact with a large number of customers
Business process planning and implementation planning experience
Knowledge and experience with the MS Office suite, including MS Project and MS Visio
