Job Summary:
The SAP Business Analyst – Demand to Supply (DTS) PP-PI position is an integral part of the Information Technologies department team. The position is the primary coordination point for both day-to-day systems support and new project design and implementation with the operations organization. The role requires the analyst to design, develop, test, and implement efficient, cost-effective solutions within the SAP landscape.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years PP QM with 1 year of HANA experience
Certification: Should have or seeking SE or ERP/SAP Level 1
Should be proficient in Package Configuration.
Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management
Minimum of 8 years of SAP project experience including facilitation and communication to customers and stakeholders
Minimum of 8 years of experience in end-to-end life cycle implementation projects for SAP PP-PI production execution.
Experience working in a global SAP environment
Experience working on 3 or more Full Life Cycle SAP R3 implementations.
Experience in providing structure and guidance to a global project team.
MUST be willing to travel extensively, up to 100%
Four-year college degree and substantial hands-on work experience with SAP (recommended 3-5 years)
Bachelor’s Degree.
Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred:
Experience with Variant Configuration a plus
Experience with SAP MII a plus.
Experience working with solution manager and SAP ASAP methodology is a plus.
Essential Functions:
Provide guidance to the businesses on the appropriate use of the SAP system
Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes within the DTS work stream.
Designs to-be business processes based on SAP DTS global template and best practices
Lead and assist in SAP design sessions
Configure and maintain the relevant ECC components including but not limited to SAP PP-PI & SAP QM (including documentation)
Support business users in the delivery of end-user training.
Support Extract, Transform and Cleanse of DTS data objects
Provide overall maintenance and support.
Create functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements and reports, and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
Coordination with the global team on all changes
Weekly travel to project location/client site required
