Musts
Knowledge of SAP system, database, and security (Basis) administration
BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field
or equivalent work experience.
Advanced ability to communicate with all levels of management and
company personnel
In-depth knowledge of database systems
Advanced skills in IT documentation
In-depth knowledge of change control practices and procedures
In-depth knowledge of SQL and VB scripting
In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, products and services for
residential and business customers
Advanced knowledge and use of formal full-life cycle development,
package implementation, and business process re-engineering methodology
Business Experience
7 + years of working experience as an SAP Basis and Security
administrator of unix-based systems with at least R/3 4.6C, APO 3.0A, BW
3.0B, and Solution Manager. Additionally, DB2 LUW database
administration, liveCache administration on MAXDB, and SAP security user
id and role administration, and some ABAP development.
Support and working knowledge of 3rd Party software such as MQ Series,
ASG Zena, PBS, RightFax, and Service Now
Participation in all phases of a project development life-cycle
